CMBA Roadside Assistance Program CMBA offers its members an economical roadside assistance package for their customers with one year protection and the ability to upgrade to include AD&D coverage and/or a three year tire and wheel contract. The Roadside Program covers: Emergency Road Service consists of: · Mechanical First Aid—Any service requiring a minor adjustment (exclusive of parts) to enable a disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power · Tire Service—Changing an inflated spare from mount to wheel · Battery Service—Attempting to start vehicle with a booster battery · Delivery Service—Delivery of an emergency supply of gasoline, oil, or water and other accessories and supplies as may be required and available. The member shall pay for the cost of the materials delivered Towing Service—When a vehicle cannot operate safely under its own power, it can be towed to a destination of choice by authorized towing service within their plan miles. Additional mileage is available and is expected to be paid to the service provider at the time service is rendered Locksmith Service—If you are in need of a locksmith we will dispatch one. Costs associated with lock repair ro keyhole extraction are the insureds responsibility Map Service—Customized trip routing available through a toll free customer service number (800)338-2680 Theft Reward—We will pay a person (excluding members family or relatives) $500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person for the theft of a members vehicle or tagged valuable articles AD&D Option— a $5,000 benefit only for death or injuries as a result of a motorcycle accident. Tire & Wheel Option— The program provides financial assistance should a rider run into covered road hazards. Protection includes tire protection and wheel and rim protection against covered road hazards (potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps or any item causing tire, wheel or rim damage beyond normal wear and tear).
The benefits are backed by NSD, an “A” rated insurance carrier.
